| BAO LONG E.V.A FENDERS; FLOATS; DOCKAGE BUMPERS; RISERS; AND MOORING BUOYS, THE EVA FOAM CHARACTERISTICS NOT BE HARDENED OFF REGARDLESS OF TEMPERATURE CHANGED. |
| 1. MATERIAL: "BAOLONG FLOATS" are mainly manufactured from ETHYLENE VINYL ACETATE COPOLY-MER(E.V.A) blended with examined high grade engineering POLYMERS which quite different from other materials such as PVC or SYNTHETIC-RUBBER. E.V.A is the newest floats material and also superior to PVC and SYNTHETIC-RUBBER on the every respect. Therefore "BAOLONG FLOATS" will be called "EVA FLOATS" hereinafter. |
| 2. SOFTNESS: "BAOLONG EVA FLOATS" are very light and soft. The hardness at room temperature is Hs 42 minus 20 degree C is Hs 50. The hardness of EVA FLOATS are always under Hs 60 regardless of temperature changed. EVA FLOAT is very strong against the sun-shine and cool weather. PVC FLOAT hardness is always over Hs70 .The colder the harder. (Remark: In generally under Hs 60 to be called "SOFT " and over Hs 60 to be called "HARD") |
| 3. DURABILITY: "BAOLONG EVA FLOATS" of the tensile strength to be 10 kgs / sq.cm. & Elongation to be 330%."BAOLONG EVA FLOATS" have such an excellent elasticity and resistance against breakage, wearing out and any transforming. Also does not harm and damage the fishing nets. GUARANTEE !!! Quite never shrink and be broken !!! |
| 4. BUOYANCY: "BAOLONG EVA FLOATS" stock no. BL-10 buoyancy to be 4 kgs and after 24 hours water immersion buoyancy still keep 4 kgs. That is EVA FLOATS buoyancy 100% no change regardless of 24 hours fishing operation. Because "BAOLONG EVA FLOATS" component of a perfect unicellular foam units which is soft; light and does not absorb water even after a long hour operation. "EVA FLOATS" enable to keep the buoyancy constant and no need of drying. |
| 5. GROMMET: BAOLONG EVA FLOATS has reinforced grommet (Recessed) which has enhanced much more resis-tance to wear and tear so it will not be broken by the roller or the lifting machines. It has a longer and longer lift than PVC/SYNTHETIC RUBBER FLOATS. |
| 6. OPERATING EFFICIENCY: "BAOLONG EVA FLOATS" are very light; soft and non absorptive water for easier; more efficient and more economical handling. "BAOLONG EVA FLOATS" just due to frequent improvements in design meet all the exacting requirements of fishing operation . Therefore when lifting the fishing nets on fishing boat the handling/operating are very very easy. |
| 7. WEATHER RESISTANCE : According to WEATHER TEST (TYPE WS WEATHER-O-METER 150 HOURS) "BAOLONG EVA FLOATS" tensile strength (percentage of original value) to be 100% that is EVA FLOAT tensile strength 100% no change regardless of weather and a long-long-hour fishing operation. |
| 8. WATER PRESSURE RESISTANCE : "BAOLONG EVA FLOATS" for deep sea temporarily use proved completely free from fracturing and transforming and absorbing water even under hydraulic testing at 20 kgs/sq.cm.equivalent to pressure 200 meters sea depth. |
